1. Do I need to send products all the way to China?
Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
2. The products are fine, but I changed my mind.
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.Unfortunately, For the clothing Size problem, we do not accept return, please carefully check your size before order it.
3. Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 7 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 7 days, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Maybe few products were damaged in long distance transport ,would you like to report to us in 3 days since you received package ? We will refund to you in 1-2 workdays!

1. For “missing”,products,please weight package when you received and reported the weight to firstname.lastname@example.org in 3 days since package arrived .
2. For “damage” and “wrong” product received should be reported here with photos in 3 days since package arrived .
3. Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal
4. Please keep in touch with us before your after sale Request is resolved. Once the application has not been updated more than 5 days, we will regard it as being given up on customers own initiative and the case will be closed automatically.
